Thomas M. GRUENBERGER is a graduate engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) from the Fachhochschule Regensburg (Germany) and received the Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff (UK) in 2000. Currently, he is research engineer in charge of the technology developement of plasma facilities and auxiliary systems for carbon and hydrocarbon processing. His research interests include environmental and energy related technologies, high-temperature processes, and the formation of carbon-based nanostructures. |
